Conditions of Sale

The sending of any purchase order by the Buyer to the Company implies full and unreserved acceptance on his part of the general conditions of sale of the Seller. The buyer declares to be of legal age to purchase alcohol.

Acceptance of the order

The purchase order is considered completed when the goods are entrusted to the courier for delivery. ParmaItaly-Shop Srl may cancel, in whole or in part, a purchase proposal within 2 working days of receiving it by communicating the decision to the customer. Any payments relating to canceled orders will be refunded immediately.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The products purchased on our site are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity, as per articles. 128 et seq. of the consumer code. The guarantee is valid for 24 months, for non-perishable goods, and must be asserted by the consumer within two months of discovering the defect.

European Dispute Resolution Body (ODR)

Consumers resident in Europe are informed that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. The weights of the products expressed on the site may have a variability of +/- 8% linked to weight loss and/or the impossibility of guaranteeing a fixed weight by the manufacturer. The goods are delivered to your home by the courier. The delivery and operation service is guaranteed in the EU, USA (FDA authorization), Japan and other countries included in the purchase program. The product that can be purchased from the cart is always available.


Parmashop points out that the prices available in the catalog and expressed in currencies other than the Euro are displayed according to the exchange rate of the day. Payments are made based on the most up-to-date exchange rate between foreign currency and Euro. The prices of the products and packages include VAT. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Gifts can be accompanied by a card. The choice of ticket and insertion of the text takes place when placing the order. No price indication is included in the gifts. Orders with shipment to NON-EU countries: a pro-forma invoice will be sent to customs.


To obtain the invoice it is necessary to indicate your VAT number, company name (SDI code for Italy) when completing the order. The invoice will be sent following shipment of the goods. In case of failure to request the invoice during the order phase, this can only be requested within three days following the creation of the order. It will not be possible to request it subsequently
Online sales are not subject to the obligation of tax certification (for which no receipt is issued) pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 1, of the Presidential Decree. 696/1996

Customs duties and taxes

In case of shipment addressed to a country not part of the European Union, the goods may be subject to the imposition of customs duties and any sales taxes. Any customs charges and requests relating to customs clearance will be borne exclusively by the recipient.

Package damaged or products missing

If at the time of delivery the package is damaged, the customer must accept delivery with reservations (in Italy and the European Union, delivery can also be refused.) The buyer is required to check at the time of receipt whether there are any damaged products. or missing. In this case you are required to communicate promptly by sending photographic documentation to customer service. Complaints are not accepted after 7 days of delivery

Right of withdrawal

For any problem, immediately contact customer service who will help you find a solution. Please remember that by law the right of withdrawal applies to all non-perishable products.

It is not possible to return:

Products that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly (food, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages); sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons; products that have been opened after delivery. The consumer pursuant to art.49, paragraph 1, letter. h Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products without requiring a particular reason, mere reconsideration being sufficient.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after delivery of the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer is required to inform us of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To this end you can use the attached standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory,
or you can also electronically fill in and send the standard withdrawal form or any other
explicit declaration on our website If you choose this option, we will send you without delay a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by email).
To respect the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the buyer to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, all payments made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs, but not additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a type of delivery different from that chosen by the seller, and in any case, case no later than 14 days from the day of the notice of withdrawal.
These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. The buyer will not incur any costs as a result of such refund. The refund will be suspended until receipt of the goods and verification by the seller.
The buyer is asked to return the goods within 14 days of communication.
The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for the decrease in value resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
