Terms of Sale

Submitting any purchase order by the Buyer to the Company implies the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the Seller's general terms and conditions of sale. The buyer declares to be of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Order Acceptance

The purchase order is deemed finalized at the moment the goods are handed over to the Courier for delivery. ParmaItaly-Shop Srl may cancel, in whole or in part, a purchase proposal within 2 working days following its receipt by communicating the decision to the customer. Any payments related to cancelled orders will be immediately refunded.

Legal Warranty of Conformity


Products purchased on our site are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, as per articles 128 and following of the consumer code. The warranty is valid for 24 months, for non-perishable goods, and must be claimed by the consumer within two months from the discovery of the defect.

European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Body

Consumers residing in Europe are informed that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by European consumers to resolve non-judicially any dispute relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services made online and/or arising from them. Consequently, if you are a consumer based in Europe, you can use this platform for resolving any dispute arising from the online contract made on this site. Goods

The weights of the products listed on the site may vary by +/- 8% due to weight loss and/or the impossibility of guaranteeing a fixed weight by the manufacturer. The goods are delivered to the doorstep by the courier. The delivery and operational service is guaranteed in the EU, USA (FDA authorization), Japan, and other countries included in the purchase program. The product purchasable from the cart is always available.

Prices

Parmashop indicates that the prices available in the catalog and expressed in a currency other than the Euro are displayed based on the exchange rate of the day. Payments are made based on the most updated exchange rate between foreign currency and Euro. The prices of products and packages include VAT. Any customs duties are borne by the customer.

Gifts

Gifts can be accompanied by a card. The choice of the card and the insertion of the text occurs during the order process. No price indication is included in the gifts. Orders with shipping to EXTRA EU countries: a pro-forma invoice will be transmitted to customs.

Invoice

To obtain an invoice, it is necessary to indicate your VAT number, company name (SDI code for Italy) at the time of order placement. The invoice will be sent after the shipment of the goods. If the request for an invoice is not made at the time of ordering, it can only be requested within three days of the order creation. It will not be possible to request it afterwards.
Online sales are not subject to the obligation of fiscal certification (thus, no receipt is issued) pursuant to Art. 2, paragraph 1, of the DPR. 696/1996.

Customs Duties and Taxes

If the shipment is addressed to a country outside the European Union, the goods may be subject to customs duties and possible sales taxes. Any customs burden and request related to the clearance will be entirely borne by the recipient.

Damaged Package or Missing Products

If at the time of delivery the package appears damaged, the customer must accept the delivery with reservation (in Italy and the European Union, the delivery can also be refused.) The buyer is required to check at the time of receipt if there are any damaged or missing products. In such cases, it is required to promptly communicate by sending photographic documentation to info@parmashop.com customer service. Complaints are not accepted after 7 days from delivery.

Right of Withdrawal

For any problem, immediately contact customer service info@parmashop.com, which will help you find a solution. It is reminded that by law, the right of withdrawal applies to all non-perishable products.

It is not possible to return:

Products that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly (food items, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages); sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for hygiene reasons or related to health protection; products that have been opened after delivery. According to Art.49, paragraph 1, lett. h of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, the consumer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the products without the need for any particular reason, just a change of mind.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the order's delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer is required to inform us of his decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). For this purpose, he may use the attached standard withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory,
or he can also fill out and submit electronically the standard withdrawal form or any other explicit declaration on our website info@parmashop.com. Should you choose this option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the buyer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal from this contract, all payments made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery different from the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw. The refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, without incurring any fees as a result of such refund. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the buyer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The buyer is asked to return the goods within 14 days from the communication.
The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
