Legacy of Flavor and Tradition

Explore the sublime world of high gastronomy with the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO Aged, handcrafted by Acetaia Malpighi, experts since 1850. This balsamic vinegar, aged over 12 years, captures the essence of a timeless culinary tradition, appreciated by great international chefs.

A Distinctive Taste

Characterized by a full-bodied and robust flavor, with woody veins and a harmonious aroma, this vinegar boasts a perfectly balanced density. Originally used as a post-meal digestive, today it finds use in refined recipes, from appetizers to desserts.

The Aging Process

Matured in a unique process, the vinegar rests in the attics of Modena houses, experiencing the heat of summers and the rigors of winters in a series of barrels made of different woods such as oak, mulberry, chestnut, cherry, and sometimes juniper. This traditional aging method ensures exceptional quality and an incomparable taste.

Certified Quality

Each bottle is a masterpiece of flavor, evidenced by the numbered series seal of guarantee from the Consortium of Producers of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO. The Malpighi family, among the founders of the consortium and among the oldest producers, preserves over 3000 barrels in which this vinegar matures and acidifies, reaching perfection.

Elegant Presentation

The package includes a 100 ml designer bottle, ideal as an exclusive gift or to add a touch of elegance to your kitchen.
